Some suggestions: Read the book with your child, talk about the pictures and things you see. Ask them if they think they know what is going to happen next. Track the words while you read by pointing to them with your finger as you read. Then, use the vocabulary in the book to talk about what you see in the fun jar! Pour in the pieces after adding rice to the tray and let their imagination take over!
